房間很新，夠大，Wi-Fi夠快，但是辦理入住時，前台一個戴眼鏡的女生態度讓我很不爽，她全程語氣很凶，面無表情，我們總共3個人拿了2個房間，她讓我們分成兩個櫃枱辦理，全程很沒有禮貌的讓我們在電子屏幕簽字.酒店很棒，但是因為有這樣的員工，我不會再次入住

酒店房間很新，入住率較高，但是有庭院，和較大面積的公區，所以並不覺得喧鬧。尤其庭院裡的白色桂花樹，10月入住真是香極啦！早餐到11點，味道還可以，單點各種炒蛋和組合蛋卷，咖啡不好喝。酒店地理位置很方便，大門出來左拐一下然後右拐，一條直路10分鐘步行就可到百花大教堂一帶，一路上幾家生意很火的牛排館。來佛旅遊很推薦住這裡。

價格不值位置也不行衞生條件堪憂枕頭有血跡床很軟花灑水很弱！本來預訂三天後面兩天直接取消了果斷換了酒店！定了陽台房給到的沒有陽台，前台告知沒有房間！還説要加錢從來沒預訂到過照片跟真實差那麼多的酒店！

這是一次非常棒的住宿體驗！房間整潔乾淨到幾乎一塵不染，讓人住得非常安心舒適。所有物品都井然有序，看得出經營者的用心。強烈推薦給追求高品質住宿的旅客！絕對是五顆星的好評！

New hotel. I booked as soon as they popped up and glad I did. The entire area has such a great atmosphere. It’s not far from the city center but it’s very peaceful (in the summer at least). Had a terrace and ants came inside the first night. Not shocking. Told the receptionist and got it fixed right away. I did have lunch one day at the restaurant and it was delicious as well as the summer slingshot. I can probably rave about this hotel stay for awhile. Already told my friends when I come back to Florence, it will be my go to hotel. I was sad leaving. Also, the view. Really, loved staying here.

Hotel is rustig gelegen, maar op loopafstand van de bruisende stad met alle bezienswaardigheden. Mijn dochter en ik vonden het prettig om de drukte even te kunnen ontvluchten. Bij het hotel een restaurant waar we lekker hebben gegeten. De kamer is schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. Jammer dat geen gebruik gemaakt kon worden van het dakterras.

花園和公區很漂亮，可以隨意享用，房間很漂亮，但是稍微有點小。位置很好，步行15-20分鐘可到大部分景點。有行李的客人建議打車到酒店，20歐左右。雖然SM novella地圖顯示步行衹有20分鐘，但是佛羅倫薩的路面會懲罰每一個推行李箱的遊客。

前台小哥哥小姐姐們特別熱情，服務態度很好。新裝修，房間剛進去稍微還是有一點點味道，別的都挺好的。酒店地理位置還挺好的，步行能至百花大教堂。酒店對面就是網紅餐廳，吃飯的當地人也很多，味道很好。走幾分鐘有家早上很多當地人吃早餐的小店，吃到了目前歐洲區最滿意的可頌。

This hotel is super beautiful! Love the room and the vibe in the evening! Breakfast is really good! Staff are super kind and efficient! Location is great, only 20 minutes walking to the center! Hi highly recommend!

The hotel is aesthetically beautiful, it’s set in a quiet neighbourhood which is nice to be away from the busiest part of Florence but only 15 minute walk to where all the fuss is. They have a bar, cafe and restaurant which I’m yet to try but I’ve extended a night so I can enjoy some of the amenities.
